For malaysian customer we use poslaju and JNT as our regular shipping vendor to sent out parcel . For international customer we use TNT , Aramex and DHL , if need assistance for seafreight container please contact our Manager Mr Wan +60197303066 ( Whatsapp ) for further discussion 

  • Our accountant will check that payment transaction , it will take 1 days
  • After confirmation we will sent goods to customer shipping address.
  • For " weight Base Shipping " method we will use Courier service for East Coast and Poslaju for Sabah & Serawak.
  • Please Info us , if need use other transportation service
  • For self pickup at store method , We need customer to confirm order by payment.

  • item must have proof video and picture if broken , scratch and defect before accept to return
  • Items purchased online can be returned by courier or at Saudagar Printing Malaysia office within 10 days of purchase
  • Items purchased in a Saudagar Legasi Sdn Bhd  must be returned in-store within 10 days of purchase
  • Items purchased online using PayPal must be returned online within 30 days of purchase
  • You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return 
  • Items must be unused and unwashed
  • Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy
